Some of these 10,000,000 sq.ft projects are single-storey Logistics Distribution Centers, while others are 2-storey and 3-storey huge Logistics Distribution Centers. All of them are environmentally friendly projects with no waste. Sustainable projects for the future. Each project is better quality than the previous one, why? Because we always think about how we can do better, what we can improve. Good supervision, giving importance to technique, trying to do the right thing. Site supervision, team management and detailed project management are among the secrets of success.

There are millions of steps in these projects. Sometimes I can't believe how I've been to 4 different cities in 1 day. Decision of investment, realization of projects one by one, respect for technique and accuracy, teamwork. Otherwise, how would these figures come true?

It all started from developing land and projects. Project meetings, endless checks, tender management, contracts, site supervision, contractors, suppliers, project and team management, work schedules, cost control and management are all part of these projects

Working as the Real Estate and Construction Affairs Director was amazing until the last moment. Under the leadership of BIM COO Galip AYKAC (currently Vice Chairman of BIM), with my teammates, hundreds of architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, solution partners, and workers in the construction sites, all together, these investments were successfully completed within incredible project completion times.
