The selection process of production machines was carried out by the BIM Board of directors and the management of BIM subsidiary ES GLOBAL. All designs were made according to the requests of the production teams and operations teams.

My team and I took an active role in the design process, tender process and contractor selection processes of the projects.

Construction site inspection and coordination was followed meticulously.

I am very happy that the investment was realized, production started, and hundreds of people were employed.
